Journey retreats are held in private, place-based sanctuary settings. 

Each Journey is unique multi-day and group experience.  Settings vary from rustic to high-quality lodging and organic nourishment provided.  Private room options are limited on a first-come, first-served basis.

Journeys work with each person's unique metabolic potentials in group ceremony.  All metabolic interventions are tailored in the moment by veteran professional guides and/or licensed practitioners. Individuals and group participation is shepherded throughout the weekend to ensure fully supported, positive self-transformations.

Participants enjoy post retreat integration and follow-up guidance to continue evolving the greater inner harmony revealed and achieved during each Journey.
