CLOTHING COMFORT

Please bring comfortable clothing, cozy socks and lounge wear in which you'd enjoy padding around in and falling asleep. The temperatures look to be warming up, so pack according to your desires to be indoors and/or outdoors during day and evening Journey times.

 

A favorite blanket, throw and/or pillow are often very enjoyable accessories to consider bringing. 

 

FOOD & NOURISHMENT

Standard practice is to abstain from eating 3 – 4 hours before Journey work begins, i.e. it’s best to not eat anything later than 2:00 pm on Friday the 24th,

 

NOTE: If you have special dietary needs or requirements, please bring those food preferences with you.

 

To fully experience the Journey process eat lightly throughout the weekend: we will provide fresh organic foods, including nourishing soups for late night, fresh fruits and breakfast items for morning noshing, comforting teas, coffee, hydrating beverages and electrolytes available throughout the weekend as may be desired.
